Full-Time Lecturer in Department of Management

The Department of Management at the Miami Herbert School of Business, University of Miami is seeking Full Time Lecturer who has demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate and graduate students in various areas of organizational behavior, human resource management, and/or other related areas. Qualified candidates are required to have a terminal degree or equivalent in business or management, although a related field may be considered; demonstrated excellence in pedagogy; and the ability to teach courses specifically in areas including managing teams, leadership, training and development, first year undergraduate engagement, and related areas. The position is not tenure earning.
